Operation SMART®
Girls Inc. Operation SMART® builds girls’ skills and interest in science, math, and relevant technology. Girls develop enthusiasm for and skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and consider careers in these fields by interacting with women and men pursuing such careers. Hands-on activities give girls the opportunity to explore, ask questions, solve problems, dismantle machines, care for and study insects and small animals, and solve logic puzzles.Components of Operation SMART® include: Career Action & Thinking SMART™ (all ages), Girls Dig It™ (12-14 year olds), Eureka!™ (12-15 year olds), and Girls Incorporated's Operation SMART® Website.
