Members of the Board of Trustees sign a confidentiality statement attesting to the confidentiality of records. GIRLS INC. will not sell nor otherwise share its mailing lists outside of the organization; including to the National GIRLS INC. headquarters. GIRLS INC. shall protect personal information regardless of the format in which it is held.

GIRLS INC. collects personal

of collection. In certain circumstances, we may wish to use your personal

information from you when you make a donation or pledge, request GIRLS INC.

GIRLS INC. publishes donors’ names in the annual report. All individual donors with gifts of $50
or more who do not wish to have their name published are asked to indicate
